Police Names Jabaar Mactavious a Suspect in April 16 Homicide

The V.I. Police Department is seeking 29-year-old Jabaar Mactavious in connection to the homicide of Shaq’kil Roberts that occurred on April 16 in the Tutu area of St. Thomas.

According to the police Mactavious is a male who stands six feet, one inch tall and weighs 180 pounds.

VIPD is asking anyone who knows Mactavious’ whereabouts to call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-774-2211 or the anonymous tip service, Crime Stoppers USVI, at 1-800-222-8477.

Tips to Crime Stoppers that help police resolve a crime can qualify the caller to an anonymous cash reward.
