Knud Hansen, Other St. Thomas DHS Facilities Closed Due to Lack of Water

The Knud Hansen Complex closed on Wednesday at 8 a.m. due to a broken WAPA mainline in downtown Charlotte Amalie that has led to a lack of running water at that facility and others, the Human Services Department announced.
