Timothy Allan Haines was found on St. Croix Tuesday safe and well, the V.I. Police Department reported.

Timothy Allan Haines has been reported missing, the V.I. Police Department reported Tuesday.
Haines was last seen in Frederiksted Town, St. Croix and he last spoke to his sister, who resides in Texas, on Feb. 21, via phone. Haines is slim built, is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs about 130 pounds. The type of clothing he was last wearing is unknown. He may have a mustache and beard, or he may be clean-shaven. He has tattoos on his arms, chest, and lower back that says “HAINES.”
