REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 001-2024-STX/STT/STJ
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

FOR REBUILD USVI SUPER PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms to support the Super Project Management Office by providing project management and construction management for federally funded recovery projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) is collaboratively seeking professional services for project management and construction management for projects with the intended focus on new construction, infrastructure, and ground-up projects, additions, remodels and/or alterations to existing facilities, including but not limited to office buildings, roadways, drainage systems, essential services facilities, education facilities, health care centers and clinics, as well as maintenance buildings. Under the direction of ODR, the consulting firms shall backfill the newly created Super Project Management Office and work with the various departments’ staff and contractors executing designs and/or construction of various projects.

This RFP will result in a minimum of two (2) contractors that will be utilized for Project Management Services or Delivery and Construction Management Services.

Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at info@usviodr.com beginning on Thursday, March 28, 2024.

Proposals will be accepted by email at ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com until Thursday, May 16, 2024, no later than 4:00 pm AST.
