The 2024 USVI Women’s 7v7 League Rules and Regulations and Match Fixtures. Please take the time to review these documents closely as they will govern the conduct of the league.

Matches in both regions will be played at the following neutral venues:

STT-STJ: Ivanna Eudora Kean High School (IEKHS) STX: Bethlehem Soccer Complex (BSC)

In addition to the rules and regulations, the USVI Soccer Federation highlights some important league information for participants’ attention:

Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 16 years-old to compete in the league.

Competition Timeline: The competition will run straight through without a transfer window.

Player Registration: Players must be registered in FIFA Connect. Additionally, please provide the

USVI Soccer Federation with headshot photos of all players and technical staff for league ID purposes.

Combined Teams Registration: For combined teams, each club within the combined team must register their players separately in Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) Connect. Once players are registered to their respective club in Federation Internationale de Football Association Connect, the combined team must provide the USVISF with a combined roster. For players to be eligible to play on the combined team, they need to be registered in FIFA Connect and listed on the submitted combined roster.

Clubs with Multiple Teams: Clubs with multiple teams in the same competition must register all players to their club in Federation Internationale de Football Association Connect. Separate rosters must be submitted for each team, clearly indicating which players belong to each team. Each roster must be a completely separate document and must clearly denote which team number and which players belong to that team. Once a player is added to a specific roster, they will not be allowed to switch between both teams registered in the competition by the parent club. Any tampering with the roster or switching of teams will result in forfeiture of the said match with the opponents receiving 3 points for the win and a scoreline of 3-0.

Deadline for Additional Roster Information: Clubs with multiple teams or those joining forces with another club/team must submit additional roster information by Monday, May 13.
