TUTU MALL CELEBRATES EIGHT YEARS

June 9, 2001 — Tutu Park Mall is celebrating its eighth anniversay today with the Steve Molton Moko Jumbie Troupe, the Burning Blazers Steel Pan Orchestra, face painting, Singing Telegrams, Fun Bouncer and Belly Bumper.
Pamela Morales, marketing director, said the shopping center has a track record of working with the community, donating the use of its center court, vacant stores, the parking lot and maintenance staff for non-profit groups to use for fund-raisers. In just the past year, it has hosted 130 such functions.
"Tutu Park Mall is a successful organization thanks to the support of our patrons," Morales said. "As long as we continue on this success path we will keep giving back to the community that makes it possible."
