Dec. 17, 2008 – The St. Thomas office of the Division of Banking and Insurance will close at noon on Friday, Dec. 19, to allow staff to attend training workshops, according to a press release from Lieutenant Governor Gregory R. Francis. The Banking and Insurance office on St. Croix is not affected by this closure. Customers are encouraged to contact the St. Croix office at 773-6459 for assistance.
Lt. Gov. Francis apologizes for any inconvenience the closure may cause. The office will resume regular operations on Monday, Dec. 22.
