Irma Garcia of Peter’s Rest died on May 14, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 54 years old.
She survived by her spouse, Roberto Garcia Calderon; mother, Juanita DeJesus Ayala; daughter, Juanita Garcia; sons: Roberto (Junito) Garcia Jr. and Marcos Antonio Garcia; grandchildren: Jarima, Cody, Ivalisse, Andrew, Omar and Eddiel Garcia, Yanaira and Yadiel Crispin; daughter-in-law, Katrina Garcia; and sisters: Antonia Colon and Iris M. Nieves. She is also survived by niece, Carmen I. Nieves; nephews: Hector DeJesus Jr., Joel and Jose Nieves, Emanuel A. and Luis R. Colon; aunts: Candita, Maria, Rosa and Nety DeJesus, Nilda and Teresa Adorno, Candita Gomez and Raquel, Alcadia, Carmen and Veridiana Ayala; uncles: Roberto, Angel Luis, Marcos, Victor DeJesus, Ernesto, Luis, Miguel and Luis Enrique; special friends: Maria Berrios, Ana Cotto, Cecilia and Cheno Osorio, Junie Allen, Midalia and Antonia Velez, Luis Garcia and Marisol Melendez; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 20, at the Iglesia Bautista Casa de Dios, 2-G Catherine’s Rest. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
