Lebanese Cuisine Pop-Up Event to be Hosted By 81C

81C will host an artisan Lebanese cuisine pop-up event on Friday, July 16 at its location in historic downtown Charlotte Amalie. The event space and art gallery will feature chefs Maya Wierzbicki and Katie Saunders, who will prepare and serve three courses of authentic Lebanese fare, paired with Catena Malbec and Obsession Symphony wines, provided by CC1 Virgin Islands. Tickets are $150 and elegant attire is required to enter 81C. MAZA is a fashionable celebration of international cuisine in Charlotte Amalie’s world-class historic district.
