Photo Focus: USVI Athletes Return From CARIFTA With a ‘Double Gold’ and a ‘Bronze’: Part 2

The Virgin Islands Track and Field Federation (VITFF) athletes care home “V.I. PROUD” with outstanding accomplishments at the CARIFTA Championship Games in Grenada, W.I. Michelle Smith won a “Double Gold” for the third straight year in a row. Sofia Swindell won a “Bronze” for her first medal at the CARIFTA Games.  

Part Two is a photo focus highlighting the U.S. Virgin Islands medal winners at CARIFTA.

The  VITFF Team, some of whom were CARIFTA performers for the first time, demonstrated the skill and dedication it took for them to achieve the level required to compete in multiple events on a par with other countries. 

They all came home winners!
