Viya to Move Its New, Convenient Authorized Dealer Location In Cruz Bay, St. John

Viya, the leading telecommunications provider in the U.S. Virgin Islands, is pleased to announce the opening of a new authorized dealer location in a more convenient and accessible location in Cruz Bay, St. John. The move from The Marketplace to the heart of Cruz Bay aims to enhance the customer experience for the residents of Love City. The store at The Marketplace will close on April 22, 2024.

The new authorized dealer store will officially open on Tuesday, April 23, welcoming customers to a prime location in the newly refurbished   location next to Caps. With extended hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday through Saturday, Viya customers in St. John will have more flexibility in managing their telecommunications needs.

CEO Geraldine Pitt said, “Having an authorized dealer location in the hub of St. John, is in keeping with our mission to reinforce a customer-first mindset. This is another milestone in Viya’s pledge to provide exceptional customer service and innovative telecommunications to the Virgin Islands community—on all islands.”

Viya is committed to providing customers with a seamless and convenient experience. It offers a variety of ways to conduct transactions and payment options to suit diverse preferences. Customers can easily manage their accounts using the MyViya app, pay online, set up auto-pay, pay by phone or choose to pay by mail or dropbox.

To further enhance the customer journey, this new location features a convenient payment kiosk. Customers are also reminded that they can conduct transactions at their convenience using Viya’s online Customer Care and payment portal: www.viya.vi or call 774-2PAY (2729), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
