Stephen Hilla was reported missing Thursday on St. Croix, the V.I. Police Department reported.
Hilla is 52 years old caucasian male. He is 6 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds, and has hazel eyes and brown hair. He is originally from New Jersey.
He was last seen on May 5 or 6, 2022, at plot #4A Estate Mont Pellier with an unknown clothing description.
