Delron Francis has been missing since early June, the V.I. Police Department reported Wednesday.
Francis is known to frequent the Nadir and Red Hook areas on St. Thomas, according to the release.
Francis is a 41-year-old Black male, weighing 155 lbs and is 5’10. He was born in St. Lucia, the release stated.
