A man found his mother unresponsive at her residence Friday, the V.I. Police reported.
At approximately 1:00 a.m., a man traveled to his mother’s residence to check on her. When the man made contact, with his mother, he noticed that she was not breathing
and that she was unresponsive, according to the police report.
The man then contacted emergency medical services for assistance. However, the woman succumbed to her ailments after life-saving measures, the police report stated.
At approximately 1:50 a.m., VIPD officers responded to a confirmed death on arrival in the area of Grunwald on St. John, the report stated.
The woman was later identified as 55-year-old Marisol Fergurson of St. Thomas, police said.
