$25,000 Reward for Help With These Three Workplace Murders

Between March 2021 and June 2021, several tips regarding rape were submitted to Crime Stoppers VI. These tips are being actively investigated, and the investigating agency is asking tipsters to update the original tip with any new information or details. You can also submit an additional tip if you don’t recall your PIN.


On Friday, October 29, 2021, at around 4:25 p.m. the 911 Emergency Call Center received calls regarding a gunshot victim in Estate La Grange, Frederiksted. The victim, who was identified by next of kin as 27-year-old Glenmore Southwell Jr. was cutting grass when someone walked up to him and shot him. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene and found no signs of life.

On Thursday, July 9, 2020, at 12:58 pm, the 911 call center received a report of shots fired in the area of Tutu High Rise, St. Thomas. Police found two men who appeared to have been shot. One man was unresponsive, and emergency medical technicians on scene found he did not have any vital signs. The other man was taken was taken by ambulance to Schneider Regional Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. Next of kin identified the victims as 29-year old Rique Ashby and 13-year old, Aaron Ashby.
